Why is silence important to the yogi life?

Actually, it’s the Yogi life that’s important to silence. Because Silence is everywhere. But the yogi life gives us the opportunity to truly start listening to it, thoroughly, uninterruptedly. Aum. Aum. Aum.

“Miracles happen, not in opposition to nature, but in opposition to what we know of nature.” – St. Augustine

Proof That the Human Body is a Projection of Consciousness

Mari Quotes

All problems are mind problems. Call it what you want: Attention disorder, depression, anxiety, fear. Training the mind is the only permanent solution. If you don’t, what you’ll end up with is a mind problem with no name.

How many experiences are needed to become free?

I’m pro experiences. It’s by experimenting and discovering that we get closer to understanding ourselves and the world around us. It’s with experiences that we add a new flavour to life, just like we do with books; not those which we read, but those which we write.

Experiences get us one step closer to freedom, as every new experience is the opportunity to let go of and old one. With awareness, you will eventually understand that you exist independently from your experiences. We are not the experiences we live: we are life itself.

We are the experiencer, we are consciousness. We are free and independent from anything that happens to us since the day our image is born to the day it dies.
